We assist with house closings, making sure that the seller or buyer are protected in the transaction. We also help buyers or sellers in the event of disputes in the home purchase process.   • What we do:
    • Hemming has represented both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions for 25 years, drafting purchase agreements, reviewing purchase agreements and litigating disputes arising from purchase agreements in courtroom and arbitration settings. Hemming also has participated in successfully mediating these disputes outside of the courtroom. Similarly, we’ve represented both landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting lease agreements and resolving disputes arising from lease agreements.
